The CAEd LogĂstica application is a tool that aims to facilitate the process of receiving and delivering assessment instruments from partner education networks of the Center for Public Policies and Education Assessment at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (CAEd/UFJF). This technology allows the checking of boxes and packages used during the test application stage, for this reason it is aimed at hub coordinators and anyone involved in the activity of receiving and delivering evaluation material.Among the applications features is the possibility of carrying out the ticking process of boxes and packages offline, taking into account the diverse infrastructure of public education systems in Brazil. Internet access is only required to transfer data. Another important feature is the permission of more than one user (login and password) per delivery point, reducing the time for unloading and loading the material, since several users will be able to carry out the ticking activity simultaneously. It is also worth highlighting the functionality for issuing monitoring reports, which generate information security and allow critical analysis of ticking indicators. The CAEd/UFJF initiative aims to increase the efficiency of one of the stages of test application, which is directly related to the logistics of delivery and collection of assessment instruments and, consequently, guaranteeing the right to learning for students in public schools. from across the country. The use of the results of large-scale assessments is essential for this right to be ensured, as it allows managers and teachers to develop actions based on evidence, that is, on the difficulties and potential of students at each stage of teaching.
